We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived at the apartment, however they were quickly addressed. Great location with some excellent eateries away from the tourist traps. A locals area which I found gave a better feel for Venice life. The apartment was well equipped and relatively easy to find with Google maps. You do have to navigate a few bridges to get to the accomodation, but that is the same with most of Venice. The owners provide plenty of information to make your trip to Venice as easy as possible.

Great location! You feel like a local. Only random thing is there was construction and a print fell off the wall and almost hit my sister. Also there was not enough pillows for everyone.

It was comfortable and quiet, nice after busy days in crowds.

A 5 minute walk to the Vaparetto, and from there just 5 more minutes to St Marcus square! Very quiet and safe university neighborhood. We had a bit of trouble the first night with the heat, and used all the blankets to compensate. Communicated with the host, and it was taken care of early the next day. They allowed us to drop off the luggage early, which was very helpful. WiFi was great. Good, inexpensive market, pastry shops and pizza places with 2 minute walk. I think that you have to navigate some stairs and bridges to get to the apartment. But their is a small waterway right next to the apartment, and perhaps a water taxi could take you there (avoiding walking over any bridge or stairs).
