Friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms and good views. Loved the pool and pool area. The only thing we were disappointed with is that the private beach that belongs to the hotel was under construction.

My wife and I spent a weekend here, thinking we'd get away from Cairo and relax. We booked a sea view room. Little did we know, there is a massive construction project going on, to widen the road along the coast. It's baffling why anyone would want to ruin such a lovely coastline. There is nothing the hotel management can do about this, of course, but keep it in mind. The room was fine. Problem was the spa - there are only hours for men, and women, but it was not possible to use the facilities together. I respect the local culture, so it's fine that there are some hours for men, and some for women, but why aren't there 'mixed' hours? Surely some Egyptians and many tourists would like to visit the sauna with their partners. It didn't really matter because the facilities are in such poor shape. The jacuzzi was cold. Staff were polite and seemed embarrassed about the problem but they couldn't fix it. The steam room does get steamy but it's not warm enough for you to break a sweat. The dry sauna was also not that hot, but it was good enough. Finally, if you want to relax in your room and watch a football match, think again. They didn't have Bein Sports in the room. It is a standard channel in this part of the world. Instead, they had it in the bar (which lacks a non-smoking section), presumably so people who wanted to watch a match would also consume alcohol. Anyway, the room was fine, but if you are going to Alex for a relaxing weekend, you can probably do better.

This was a strange hotel located on the main road along the corniche in Alexandria. We chose it because it had a beach and an executive lounge. The beach was closed because of construction and in any case is located on the other side of the main road with the craziest traffic. The executive lounge facilities were available in the normal restaurant located in the basement of the building with street access from the main road. The private atmosphere was completely lost. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both very good. We ate in the cafe in the lobby a few times and that was great. There was entertainment in the hotel and there is an ATM. The rooms were fine but there was constant noise from the traffic on the main road which never seemed to stop. We did have a great sea view.

The hotel offered a spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and a large bathroom, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy and concierge who assisted with transport arrangements. The café downstairs serves nice, affordable snacks and food with a lovely beach view, but room service was mixed. The pasta was fine (random bone in the spaghetti bolognese was off-putting), tiramisu was mid. The gym is small and can feel crowded quickly. The rooftop has beautiful sunset views. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and noise from adjoining rooms and the busy main road made sleeping difficult for a light sleeper like myself. Overall, the hotel has great potential but was let down by practical issues and noise especially as a Hilton brand, so I would consider staying again especially if improvements are made.

The private beach is closed and the pool was closed when we arrived and until 10am the next day (after we checked out) we were not informed upon checkout and they would not offer any compensation for this even though it was why we booked this hotel. The front desk lady just smirked and laughed when we asked if there was anything they could offer us as all of the free amenities were closed our stay.

The room was small, the pool was closed. Reading lamps were broken. In the toilet one flush was broken. Tricky way to switch on/off some lights in the room. No direct access to the beach or own beach. The pictures of the hotel far from reality. There are better hotels in Alexandria in terms of the price ,place, quality and location.

Our stay lasted two nights and it was wonderful. We had a spacious suite for three adults. The suite was clean, well decorated with direct see view. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties and they leave it open till 11:00 am. In our opinion, it was a good value for money and we will definitely make it our choice the next time we visit Alexandria.

We spent four marvelous days here to unwind after touring Egypt and Turkey for two weeks. This is the place to go. Everything at this hotel is excellent. Our room was spotless every day. Each of the several restaurants has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Every plate is served as though it is a work of art. The servers were exceptional. The very large lobby overlooking the Mediterranean is very relaxing; and has delicious food service too nearly all day long after breakfast elsewhere. You won't be sorry you stayed here.

I am so disappointed in my stay at Hilton's. We travel a lot and our go to hotel has always been the Hilton's unfortunately checking in to this Hilton has made me not want to ever use Hilton again. The room has a nasty oder, the bathroom was dirty, the pillows and so old and deflated. I felt grossed out to take a shower in that bathroom or to even lay in that bed. We let the front desk know and they sent someone to clean it but it was still so nasty. And omg the smell, traumatized even thinking about it. I don't think I will stay with Hilton in the future.

I expected more from a five star hotel, they need to have more attention details. We had a problem with our toilet flooding, and the safe was not working. They move move the study for room and swap the other safe. It would have been nice if the room was checked before we arrived.

Pros: a pretty view of the water, comfortable bed, and spacious room. Cons: pretty far from the main sights in Alexandria, it wasn't the cleanest (there were poop stains in the toilet when we checked into our room), and I disliked how they didn’t allow me to order food to eat in your room from delivery apps. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sea view made the room even better. Everything was clean; nothing needed to be changed. I had the opportunity to try the breakfast. A wide variety of food and everything was very delicious. Everyone was welcoming and polite; from Mr. Mohammad, on the reception, who was very kind and professional, to the concierge Mr. Ali, made me want to repeat my stay in the same hotel in the future.

The food and restaurants are excellent as is the staff managing these. We had a number of meals at Gourmandise and Santorini and they were perfect. What I didn't like was the time takwn to che k in, took more than 30 minutes, even though we arrived around 3 pm. Room for the tariif was too samll and the bathroom more so.

Ok Hotel, for a Hilton need much more improvement! I stayed at the Hilton in Hurghada and it was much better! The breakfast at this hotel l is terrible! The staff at the pool area are very rude and unprofessional, they ignore totally the guests.

I had horrible experience with the check-in , I arrived the 10th of October at 9:30 pm from Canada that was my anniversary with my wife, we waited long time to check in two receptionists Mariam and Nagwa, both of them were helping one guest looks like they were trying to find him a room, after long wait over 20 min. It was my shock they were telling me that the hotel is sold out and no rooms available except the 3ed floor which is very near from the ground and the pool by the way there was a wedding and the music was super loud, any way we accepted the room, my booking was a king bed , we entered the room we found 2 beds it was a shock for my wife in our anniversary. I went down to the reception and asked Nagwa to read my reservation it is king bed, she answered no other room available, I was very disappointed, and was about to loose my calmness, she offered me an alternative room with king bed!! When we moved our stuff to that room I found it two beds too, I came down to the reception for the second time I was really angry because it is two beds and a smoker room although it is assigned as non smoking room, she did not apologize or shaw any empathy for waisting my time and effort, she said that is the only option available, I requested to talk to a manager she said no manager now, I requested to meet with him next day morning, and requested to go back to the non smoking room she refused saying it is already taken, she was rude careless and no empathy at all. This was a strange hotel located on the main road along the corniche in Alexandria. We chose it because it had a beach and an executive lounge. The beach was closed because of construction and in any case is located on the other side of the main road with the craziest traffic. The executive lounge facilities were available in the normal restaurant located in the basement of the building with street access from the main road. The private atmosphere was completely lost. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both very good. We ate in the cafe in the lobby a few times and that was great. There was entertainment in the hotel and there is an ATM. The rooms were fine but there was constant noise from the traffic on the main road which never seemed to stop. We did have a great sea view.

We spent four marvelous days here to unwind after touring Egypt and Turkey for two weeks. This is the place to go. Everything at this hotel is excellent. Our room was spotless every day. Each of the several restaurants has a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Every plate is served as though it is a work of art. The servers were exceptional. The very large lobby overlooking the Mediterranean is very relaxing; and has delicious food service too nearly all day long after breakfast elsewhere. You won't be sorry you stayed here.

The food and restaurants are excellent as is the staff managing these. We had a number of meals at Gourmandise and Santorini and they were perfect. What I didn't like was the time takwn to che k in, took more than 30 minutes, even though we arrived around 3 pm. Room for the tariif was too samll and the bathroom more so.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sea view made the room even better. Everything was clean; nothing needed to be changed. I had the opportunity to try the breakfast. A wide variety of food and everything was very delicious. I was given a free upgrade to a full ocean view suite (up from a deluxe ocean view, I think) which provided a huge suite with an expansive view of Alexandria and the ocean. The buffet breakfast was very good, except it was very crowded on the first morning. Highly recommended.
