Only 3 cars on the parking lot, I was shown 6 rooms no tv, roaches in the fridge, heat in two rooms did not work. Tapes were on all the doors that were prep for painting. Rooms were cold and damp, no blanket on the beds. The rooms were not fit for habitat, the gate to the pet area was unlock no lights and was open into an alley. I asked management why the gate was not lock and give key to guests who have pet. Response he would lock the gate. Management stated they had just purchase the property and now doing repairs. I mentioned repairs should be done before offer to guest. I was showed 6?rooms and neither was acceptable for 2 women and a 4 year old child on medication that need refrigeration. The place was disgustingly filthy,

Room very clean

It’s close to shopping and was clean. It was under renovations so no breakfast available. The peephole on the front door was missing, so there was literally a hole you could poke your finger through. The mini fridge was not very cold. Maybe it will be better after the renovations are done.
