Quality Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

My bathroom door had a hole in it. I told the front desk and showed them a picture and told them I didn't want to be charged for damages. They seemed annoyed that I was concerned about there being a hole in the door. I then took my kids to the pool. It was not well lit and the water was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the pool was not heated at all. We ended up not using the pool. There was also rust on on the floor in the bathroom from a leak on the sink and hair all over the bathroom floor that wasn't cleaned from the previous person.

The free breakfast left a lot to be desired unless you love cereal and oatmeal.

I arrived late and exhausted after a wedding and the clerk got me checked in quickly. Room was clean and I couldn't wait to get in bed! Only complaint is I didn't get to stay long enough! Caught the shuttle to the airport the next day and our driver was amazing!

The room was very basic. Standard window ac/heating but the unit was old and very loud so you could either have it on or sleep… not both. The bathroom was tired ? Low water pressure made showering a challenge. Additionally, the sink backed up when the adjoining room was using their bathroom. You could hear every noise the neighbors made on either side and above. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and if my wife was with me, we would have left and found something more suitable.
