Big Horn Lodge

I checked in at 9pm Friday night, no one was in the office it was just our key to the room with our name and room number on there. We get into the room, it isn’t the room I reserved on the app. They gave us two queen beds and not the king bed room. There was no tv in the room. No towels to shower. No one to contact about the issues. The next day I went up to the office, no one there still. Called all the numbers they left, didn’t hear anything back from anyone until noon Saturday. I believe it’s the GM Nic, that finally reached out and acted confused. We weren’t going to waste our trip waiting around on them to address the issues so I checked out immediately and booked an air bnb. I will no longer be using hotels.com. Thanks

Easy check in, very clean basic room, convenient location for walking to everything in downtown Grand Lake. Hot tub was hot and a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

Staff was nice

This place looks to be in the midst of an overhaul. Our room was very clean, especially the bathroom. a young man named Nick was on duty. The baseboard heater in our room didn't work, Nick quickly brought us a space heater that kept the room warm.
