Wonderful place to stay! Friendly staff! Every detail is well taken care of. We enjoyed a relaxing evening listening to the gentleman who plays the piano each Fri-Sunday, an added treat! Beautiful view, quiet and lovely Room.

Wonderful stay! Especially the Great Room with Bill Trowell on the piano and Neil the bartender. Breakfast at the Looking Glass restaurant (not free) was excellent. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Charming property, amazing views, and room and common spaces were very clean. Room (in main building) & bathroom were spacious with nice size balcony. Evening entertainment (pianist) was an added bonus, with very fair bar prices. Great location with two ways in and out of property (undoubtedly a real plus during high season!).

The facilities beautiful, the room is the nicest I have seen, the locations great BUT, when I arrived to check in the receptionist ignored us, we were the only ones there, finally we asked if we could check in and she barely spoke and was very dismissive, I asked her if she had a street map she just pointed at a pile of maps on the counter, I felt very unwanted and it was a terrible first impression. They have a lovely bar with a piano player that was wonderful and my only other negative is the restaurant which is up the hill in a separate building is closed on Tuesdays so we had to find a breakfast restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our stay in the 4th-floor king room offered breathtaking views of the harbor, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The location was also very convenient for visiting Cadillac Mountain and Acadia National Park. Additionally, the front reception staff were exceptionally friendly and provided us with excellent information about the area. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
