If you are looking for a hotel where you can rest and have a good time, look elsewhere; this hotel is horrible and dirty, starting with the management. They don't know how to treat customers; they are domineering and completely unprofessional. Ms. Donna, who assigned us our room, became very rude and abrasive; she turned her back on me, walked away while I was still speaking, and double-charged my credit card. When I asked her why she was ignoring me, I requested to speak with the manager, and she simply walked away again. I asked another receptionist for the manager, and the supposed manager—Terron, I believe his name was—did the exact same thing: he was domineering and sarcastic. When I asked him about the double charge, he started cackling and mocking me. He said, "The hotel will give it back to you later—just call, and they'll issue a refund." However, he immediately moved us to a different room—something I suspect he did only because I had complained that the original room was horrible. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, no towels, and no soap; the dispensers were completely empty. We went back to request a room change, but they told us none were available. We then asked for the missing supplies, but they never brought them; we ended up having to buy our own supplies and use towels from the pool area. Some of the hotel staff members told us that the management team is arrogant, rude, and very racist—something we experienced firsthand. We felt humiliated
