I had no access to WiFi during my stay. The overnight auditor had a negative attitude about it, so after three attempts to get connected, I stopped trying. When he saw me step off the elevator to ask about it again, he took a deep breath as if I was bothering him, which made the situation even more frustrating. There was no microwave in the room, so our food was cold when we returned because we had to drive three miles just to find something to eat. Parking was also inconvenient — we had to park on the street if we didn’t want to pay for valet parking. On the positive side, breakfast was above average and the room itself was comfortable.

Honest! We were in town for a concert and I had to leave my purse in the room, so I stuck it in a drawer. Unfortunately I forgot all about it until staff called hours after we had checked out that it had beed found. All the contents were still there when I picked it up. I was so thankful!! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants. The area was quiet over the weekend. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Very nice stay. Vallet was nice and very helpful. Definitely will be back. The only negative was the breakfast. For such a nice and a bit pricey of a hotel, we expected a little more than what you'd get at a two star hotel. We were able to find a nice breakfast at a local restaurant.

Location is good and staff is nice. Hotel is under renovation, so not very comfortable to walk around and cleaness is lacking in common areas. Breakfast is great, good variety of food.
