Free Parking, convenient location just off A41, bright and airy low-rise building around central courtyard. Not sprawling, so facilities within easy reach. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam. The family room/suite was enormous with separate bedrooms with adjoinng double doors and extra wc.

The hotel generally is fine. I was happy with the room size, bed size and comfort. I was not happy with the food price or quality, the food was very poor when measured against the price. I was also not happy that I had to pay extra for parking. There was very little in the way of tea, coffee and milk in the room, bare minimum. No biscuits or bottled water as you get in a lot of hotels. The general state of the hotel is a little tired. You can clearly see they are saving money on maintenance. The pool is pretty small and the shallow end made swimming lengths difficult. I was not impressed with the hot tub, no controls. However the steam room is fantastic, happy to say this is the best steam room I have been in, in a long time. I also liked the fact that there is a spinner in the changing room for your swim suite. If you decide to stay here I would certainly recommend eating else where.

The best Holiday Inn I've experienced. With well-furnished rooms, kept clean and in working order. Good gym setup, with a great sauna and steam room. The only downside was the frankly ridiculous price for parking on top of the price of the room.

Overall a good stay. The staff were great and we enjoyed a coffee and cake in the bar. However, a little disappointed that my 12 year old son wasn't allowed to use the whirlpool. Would have been useful to know this when booking - couldnt see it on the website.

We booked a one night stay here as it was well priced and convenient for the location we needed to be. I was very impressed given the value for money, the quality and cleanliness of both the communal areas and our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a fantastic nights sleep, almost didn’t want get out of bed. I also used the pool facilities; and whilst it’s not huge, I got a solid 30 minutes of lengths in before I needed to get out. I was sad I didn’t have enough time to check out the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room - or the gym! Next time! Ideally located for Aylesbury where we got dinner easily with a wide range of restaurant choices locally as well as RAF Halton nearby.

Hotel itself is well maintained, however we had a multitude of issues that are still causing hassle now. Having 3 people stay in the room with 2 beds, we would constantly need to ask for more facilities such as towels as every day they would remove our towels and cups and only leave 1 towel and 1 cup despite the booking being for 3 people. This happened every night for the whole four nights we were there. On top of this when we checked in we were told to put our car registration onto the paperwork but never told to fill out any iPads or anything, until we saw the iPads a couple of days later and asked if we needed to fill out and they said yes we should’ve been prompted which we weren’t at all and they were shocked themselves. Now we have come back home we are coming back to parking fines which we are being told they ‘might’ be able to get back for us when we weren’t told the proper procedure in the first place.

Really enjoyable stay at Aylesbury Holiday Inn whilst visiting family. The Hotel was very clean and well presented, check in was quick and easy staff very attentive and efficient. Our room 114 was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with plentiful choices of freshly prepared food. Didn’t get to use the pool and leisure facilities but did look, they appeared very nice. Overall a great experience and would certainly stay there again if visiting the area. On site parking was very good, never a problem finding a space. Would definitely recommend if visiting Aylesbury.

No fridge in the room, no safe in the room, temperature seemed to be capped (so it was cold). On the other hand, it was quiet, clean and staff were absolutely great including the receptionist who helped us with booking taxis. Thank you very much for his help.

Just enjoyed a two night stay at Holiday Inn, Aylesbury. Very friendly staff, lovely welcome. The hotel itself is very airy, extremely clean, well decorated. Our room was very spacious, the huge bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space. The room included an ironing board and iron. The hospitality was very minimal - two tea bags, two regular and two decaf coffees and two milks. (Reception are more than happy to issue extra). We ate in the restaurant one evening, the food was plentiful and delicious as was the cooked breakfast (other breakfast options are available). NEGATIVES No lift up to the 1st Floor Bar drink prices exorbitant: £16 for a 250ml, £12.50 for a 125ml glass of wine. £43 for a bottle of white wine. A pint of Stella Artois was around £6, which is normal hotel price. Car parking charge of £5 for 24 hours. Considering the postives which far outweigh the negatives, i would have no hesitation at staying at this lovely hotel.

Room was fine but bathroom felt dated and the shower was lackluster. TV was buggy with channels not loading and very slow. Room was ok, but lacked a comfortable place to sit. Parking being extra is poor and the hot food for breakfast was bad especially considering the cost, scrambled eggs particularly were very bad.

Double bed was very good shame about the sofa bed single for our daughter. Proper bed would be more useful. Good breakfast enough choice for our gluten-free family member. Absolutely outrageous charging hotel customers for parking their cars in hotel car park. The rooms are expensive enough as it is. The system you have in place is adequate to identify customers and people who may abuse your hospitality. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and honestly cannot find any fault with this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly especially the ladies (Nicky & Laura) at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent every morning, lots of variety and the cooked selection was always hot and good quality. The leisure facility was a nice bonus after a hard days work to chill and unwind. The members were all friendly to hotel guests too. Our room was perfect, beautifully clean and serviced every day, with a huge comfy bed and plenty of space for all our things for a 5 day stay. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is really great, so thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile, it really is appreciated.

When we arrived, there was only one person on reception. They were only serving one person in front of us, but it looked like they were signing them up for some sort of membership and it took a very long time. We were not greeted by the staff member and they didn’t mention t hag they’d be right with us. After waiting patiently for 5-8 minutes I asked politely whether we could check in while the person in front of us was just filling a lengthy form out and the Pearson behind the counter just stood there siping seemingly nothing and she did agree to help. Later we went to the restaurant. No one was there and we had to ask the bartender whether the restaurant was open (It was about 18:30). They got the wait person from the kitchen who came out, looked disgruntled and rolled their eyes when we asked whether they could come back quickly as we needed to order and eat quickly to leave. On the whole the staff engagement seemed pretty poor.

The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. We arrived in the evening and wanted food. Reception couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Not help or tell us where the trolly is for luggage. Watched us struggle. I’m disabled to makes things worse. I don’t have a physical disability no. But I am & was struggling with my many luggage bags no help was assisted. They couldn’t be bothered to help with anything.

Great hotel for a family stay. The condition of the hotel decor and furnishings were great. Food was nice too, especially the great selection at Breakfast with just about everything you’d want. Recommend to stay and close to local zoos, etc

Nice bright smart hotel, very convenient to get to the theater & town. Friendly staff especially lady in the bar. Nice lunch & good choice. Gym was good but pool was too crowded so didnt use it. Room was fine but very cold when we arrived but fine after adjusting heating, bed was a bit hard for us but thats personal preference. Breakfast usual buffet style but was a good start to the day. I would stay again.

A comfortable, convenient place to stay after a gig at the Waterside theatre. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking and a quiet location. The staff were all very attentive & efficient, with quick & easy checking in & out process. The cooked breakfast was plentiful, being a self service buffet. We didn't make use of the spa/gym facilities but this would be a welcome addition if it's your thing.

This property was very difficult to find if you are coming from the M1 via Milton Keynes you lost and confused with all the roundabouts that lead you in confusion specifically if are travelling in the dark

We booked a one night stay here as it was well priced and convenient for the location we needed to be. I was very impressed given the value for money, the quality and cleanliness of both the communal areas and our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a fantastic nights sleep, almost didn’t want get out of bed. I also used the pool facilities; and whilst it’s not huge, I got a solid 30 minutes of lengths in before I needed to get out. I was sad I didn’t have enough time to check out the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room - or the gym! Next time! Ideally located for Aylesbury where we got dinner easily with a wide range of restaurant choices locally as well as RAF Halton nearby.

Just enjoyed a two night stay at Holiday Inn, Aylesbury. Very friendly staff, lovely welcome. The hotel itself is very airy, extremely clean, well decorated. Our room was very spacious, the huge bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space. The room included an ironing board and iron. The hospitality was very minimal - two tea bags, two regular and two decaf coffees and two milks. (Reception are more than happy to issue extra). We ate in the restaurant one evening, the food was plentiful and delicious as was the cooked breakfast (other breakfast options are available). NEGATIVES No lift up to the 1st Floor Bar drink prices exorbitant: £16 for a 250ml, £12.50 for a 125ml glass of wine. £43 for a bottle of white wine. A pint of Stella Artois was around £6, which is normal hotel price. Car parking charge of £5 for 24 hours. Considering the postives which far outweigh the negatives, i would have no hesitation at staying at this lovely hotel.

The hotel let itself down by high drink charges and then adding service charge and tax onto the bill meaning 2 glasses of wine and one pint of beer was £39. That is unbelievable and spoilt what was otherwise an enjoyable stay

Room was fine but bathroom felt dated and the shower was lackluster. TV was buggy with channels not loading and very slow. Room was ok, but lacked a comfortable place to sit. Parking being extra is poor and the hot food for breakfast was bad especially considering the cost, scrambled eggs particularly were very bad.

We stayed for 4 weeks whilst working in the area and honestly cannot find any fault with this hotel. All the staff are helpful and friendly especially the ladies (Nicky & Laura) at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent every morning, lots of variety and the cooked selection was always hot and good quality. The leisure facility was a nice bonus after a hard days work to chill and unwind. The members were all friendly to hotel guests too. Our room was perfect, beautifully clean and serviced every day, with a huge comfy bed and plenty of space for all our things for a 5 day stay. We stay in lots of hotels and this one is really great, so thank you to all the staff for going the extra mile, it really is appreciated.
