The duplex was a nice size and layout. Balcony up and back porch. For the positive It was very clean. Nice towels and plenty of them. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of outside games if you wanted to be outside. 2.5 bathrooms and both bedrooms were big.Great location for us. For the negative…couch needs to be replace. Most of the furniture needs to be updated. Dehumidifier needed to be emptied daily. It needs to be plumbed to a drain and get a quieter model. Bathroom upstairs needs a remodel! Ditch the jacuzzi and nice walk in shower would be better. Gas logs would have been nice in the fireplace since it was cool. Will book again.

From the beginning the owners were super responsive. The property was the cleanest space we've ever rented and it was well equipped. Great location - easy drive to Dollywood and the National Park. As some reviews state, the road up to the property is narrow, steep, and winding but it was totally manageable and to be expected in this part of the country. Fantastic place, fantastic location, and fantastic hosts.

You start going up the mountain and find it's the very last place on the road (not a problem) the road itself has so many big potholes though it could really damage your tires or other parts of car. The parking is good room for three. The neighbors were pleasant. The place itself was pretty and very clean. Could use a little new paint on porch but nothing crazy. The part I was upset about was the tub that was advertised for the master bedroom didn't work for us. The hot water heater was fixed though so it should be good for next guest . The host answered pretty fast and helped fix some things. They were pleasant people. The area is in a good sport half way between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge easy to go either way I LOVED that about this area. We had a good time slept comfortably and enjoyed the area. Not bad at all for the price!
