We had a good stay overall. The location was excellent for skiing at Cranmore Mountain Resort, and it was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants.We didn’t have much interaction with the host during our stay, and initial communication was somewhat delayed. Upon arrival Friday afternoon, we did not receive outreach from the host, which wasn’t a concern at first. However, the heating system stopped working, and we did not realize it immediately since we were cooking during our stay. By Sunday morning, the upstairs was quite cold. Once we were able to connect with the host, he responded promptly and was helpful in resolving the issue.The home could benefit from some general maintenance and updates, but overall we were satisfied with our stay. One additional note for winter guests: the back stairs were not shoveled, so extra caution was needed to avoid slipping.

Great house for many guests. Conveniently located and well equipped with many needs. Hosts are accommodating with answers to questions and needs. Highly recommended

The house fit 4 families very comfortably with plenty of space for both the adults and kids to spread out. Location was great. Owners were very responsive during our stay. Not having to deal with the trash was great as many of the houses in the area require to take out the trash. The recycle bins were very well labeled making it easy to separate. The house could use some TLC from the cleaners.

We had a wonderful time- great location and love the set up of your home. We feel right at home. We will be back.

Had a fun ski trip with friends and family. House was spacious, well equipped, warm and generally clean and well maintained.
