The room was a little cramped, and the soap was not working. The WiFi was spotty which was sad because it was the only WiFi/cell service in the area, besides the visitors center. Staff was helpful at check-in. The whole place was so quiet.

Non of the ice machines were working. They ran out of bacon at breakfast.

Power went out for the entire resort. There is no cell service up there, so the staff had 0 information for us. Shouldn't the staff have a radio or satalite phone for situations like this? We were all just sitting up there, disconnected from the real world for hours, with no way for anyone to reach out for help. There was no food or anything. We decided to leave and go to Durango for the night as not eating anything since lunch and not having any options for food until the next day was not ideal. When we asked the front desk about a refund as the place was inhabitable, they just said to call the next morning. Well, I did do that and was told they couldn't help me and I needed to email support. Still in the process on getting the refund. Rooms were alright. Views were great! But it would have been nice if we could have stayed longer than 1 hour in our room before having to leave due to major power outtages

The view was very nice from my room. The property is dated and the toilet height is sized for children. There was no television in the room which I did not realize. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was well prepared and tasty.

Room was a room. Bed seemed cleaned but bathroom was less than. Chunks of hair somehow stuck to ceiling. Stains of something on lamps. Could have used some lysol wipes. Listen the view is great - but be prepared.
