Reviewer Comments: This house has lots of rooms and the view is spectacular, but we were a little frustrated because several things weren’t working properly. and the kitchen supplies were limited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

For a house this size, the kitchen is just ok. We were cooking for 12 and it was tough. If yo don’t plan on poking it’ll be just fine. Nice big dining table for meals, cards and games.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four adult couples rented this beautiful home the last week of September to celebrate a couple of the girls 60th birthdays. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the home was in wonderful condition. The location is magnificent with the ocean course right side our back door and the Atlantic in the background. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other‘s company on both the first and second floors. The kitchen is well stocked and even has many spices for occasional indoor cooking. The outdoor decks and swimming pool are very beautiful. This home is perfectly suited for Adults where you don’t want or need to go to the beach every day. Beach access can be very cumbersome. If you plan to bring young children and go to the beach often I could see this as a major pain where you need to zigzag through the golf course to get to the beach. Not terribly far but it is certainly not a five minute ordeall. It is right on the main road which means the bike paths are right outside your front door. If your goal is to enjoy a large home that is well maintained and located right on the bike path with a magnificent rear/ocean view , where direct beach access is not important then this home is perfect for you. One last comment, we had to call management a couple of times for some small things and their response was immediate! Very good service from that perspective.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is breathtakingly spectacular which translates to the rental price. That being said, there are many things on the inside and outside that need attention. The toilet in the master bathroom backed-up causing raw sewage to back-up into the neighboring bath tub and shower. Water from the toilet leaked into the downstairs bedroom...through the chandelier. An outdoor dining chair collapsed while someone was sitting on it. Requests had to be made to have the overflowing garbage removed. The pool desperately needed to be vacuumed. For such a beautiful home, much of the furniture and decor was old and tired.
