Checked into a room that had not been cleaned up from the previous night...bed and towels all used. Took two hours to get things right...at over $700.00 for two nights.....ridiculous And the next day the cleaning staff left a dust cloth in the room!!

Parking was fine. Barely spoke to staff. At check in no information given about lobby hours, WiFi, or the breakfast. Room was clean. Water took a bit to get warm but was okay. At 7am lobby was locked and didn’t see any breakfast things. Second day lobby open and some quick grab stuff out. That was okay. Check out was quick and efficient. Proximity to WSU was nice.
