Definitely staff for doing the check in/out, unpolite and they do not assist you to parking your car neither to help with your luggage, and another things. So different with staff for cleaning and waiters they were polite.

Very strange hotel; constantly played loud maudlin foreign music in the lobby, the reading material in the lobby were technical journals rather than material promoting Huancayo, the scrambled eggs were semi-liquid, and my room was sub-standard for what I paid for it.
