Others complained about the front desk but they were very nice during this stay. It is an interesting hotel being in an old train station. But the room was very nice - modern and clean. I had dinner at Trax and it was fine. The only issue at all was that there was a private event in the main hall and it got very loud. Even on the sixth floor because all the hallways are open to the main hall. But they ended completely by 10:30. That was thoughtful.
