Condo was very nice and reasonably priced.We didn’t appreciate the bait and switch regarding pets and the fees.We were sure to check “pet friendly” rooms on the site and 2 days before arrival we received an email and authorization for an additional 25/day per pet fee. That is a very deceptive practice!Due to this, I highly doubt we will EVER use VRBO again.

We chose to stay at this condo because it was one of the few places that allowed dogs. The condo itself was as described, and good for a short trip. The condo is located in an older hotel, which did impact the overall feel of the stay. It's important to know this going in and adjust your expectations accordingly. We had an initial problem with cleanliness, but the owner was responsive and solved the problem.

The first day of our family vacation in this suite was ok. There are some things in room that are outdated. The cloth shower curtain was a big problem for me, working in the medical field and knowing that curtain is NOT being taken down and washed in between guests, that's disgusting. The remote in the bedroom was not working at all, it may just need new batteries, but I was unable to watch the tv in the bedroom. The area behind the pull down bed in the living room is filthy, as well as the mattress cover that was on that bed, looked dirty and stained. The biggest issue I have with this company, which had put a big damper on my family's vacation, was the 2 maintenance men that were sent to my room to "fix repairs." The 2 men came to my room and they did knock, however, I was not expecting anyone and did not go to the door. Being that I did not answer, the 2 men used the code and entered my room. VERY DISTURBING!! After reaching out to the company, they just expressed "their sincerest apology" which is unacceptable. The maintenance man said they were told the unit would be empty, but how did they get that confused when I have SEVERAL emails from them confirming my reservation for 2 nights. The least that could be offered is 1 night refunded. I also expressed to the company when I complained, was what if we were not in the room and the men just entered without an answer, then they had full access to ALL of our belongings, in which the company states several places, "they are not responsible for any stolen items." I really feel like it was a setup. Thankfully, they did not return while we were there, but it was very uncomfortable trying to relax ON VACATION, knowing anybody has the code to our room. I probably would have booked there again in the future, with just the few things being outdated, but for my security to be compromised is a big NO. Again, the least they could have done to try to make it right was to refund 1 night stay. We wanted to enjoy the lazy river or at least get in the hot tub our first night, as it was cold when we arrived, but the water looks like it has been peed in several times, and the inside (starting with the steps) have definitely not been cleaned any time soon, and that was visible just by walking by. Overall, I gave the stay at this suite a 3, but the pictures online area little misleading, I was expecting a little better quality according to the pictures.

This is a hotel and not a nice one. All of the furniture is uncomfortable, the bed was so bad we had to go to Wal-Mart and buy a mattress pad, the water pressure is non existent and the noise from the AC units are so bad you can’t hear the ocean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
