Eu odiei esse hotel! A praia é linda mas os funcionarios do restaurante são péssimos , ele riem da sua cara e te tratam mal. Parece que estão fazendo um favor de te atender. Eu já passei por 90 países e posso afirmar que Granada tem um atendimento pessimo. Um hotel sem alma e sem carisma para o valor cobrado. Falta muito para saber o que é excelencia em tratar um hóspede.

Spectacular food. Amazing beach. Wonderful pleasant staff. Beautiful room. Nothing bad to say. Can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Spice Island! The beach is gorgeous, the rooms are super comfortable, and the food was way better than your typical all-inclusive. The staff were so friendly and made everything easy. Super peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would 100% go back!

Caralena and Brenda created the dishes for our last dinner AND the dishes tasted even BETTER than those we had in Paris! Dislike: 1 having to leave
