Staff was very nice with having a later Checkin. Room condition could have been better; some black residue on the ceilings in restroom, ac unit made noise all night, overall property is nice to get some sleep before traveling.

After driving 12 hours hotel wanted a card and $150 deposit, which is not mentioned, hotel clerk did not get a supervisor when asked, and could not get me a phone number to call the online booking that I had gone thru
