Amazing resort with great staff and location. The food was good and chefs were great at the buffets. Enjoyed the activities, pool and the beaches. Thank you.

When we arrived around 2pm, our room was not ready until 4pm. Went back to check at 4pm, still not ready. It was around 4:30pm before we got a room. Walking around the room in bare feet, your feet get black and sticky. There is no table service at this resort for drinks. Staff is not as friendly compared to other resorts. Food was just okay, not a lot of flavor.

They say adults only but that was not the case at The Rif where I stayed there were at least a hand full of kids and infants as well not to nosey but very noticeable. The swim out pool is not as warm as one would think. Housekeepers were friendly, one night room service never showed up and actually canceled my order. Food was maybe a 7/10 I enjoyed seeing the different ships at the dock.

The air did not work in the room. They refused to give me another room and lied about having a fan to provide. The GM was rude, inconsiderate, and non accommodating. He walked away mid conversation and refused to communicate stating it was nothing he could do at the moment. The bathroom in my room smelled like sewage. The shower water didn't get hot and the water pressure was very low. I was told I couldn't have new wash cloths and towels but every 3 days. The restaurants require reservations to be made the day before by 4pm which means you'll miss your 1st 2 nights of a good sit down meal. It cost to reserve the cabanas at the pool and beach area. Some of the employees are rude.
