Reviewer Comments: Located right off Cottonwood but it's the quiet part of Cottonwood, you won't notice the traffic because there's not much. Great floorplan with a fantastic deck that's gated off so kids/dogs can stay up there without being able to head down the stairs. Highly recommend.

We have a family member that has cancer and unfortunately with the very squeaky floors, was not able to sleep if anyone was up in the morning on the main floor. I heard it squeak but it was even worse than I thought when I went down to see for myself. The downstairs carpets had a large stain from dogs. We didn’t take ours so it was not from us. Overall the home was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Every single detail of the home that could be thought of was, so we really appreciated the place...thanks for making it available to us. The local agent that handled the business end of the aspect was excellent too...we had a bit of minor drama, but they fixed it suddenly and seamlessly.... all in all a bucket list trip...
