~Cozy Beachfront condo/Beach Chair/Pools/Fireplace/Tootsies!

Everything was great! Communication from host, kitchen was fully stocked, room was clean, they already had smart tvs and connected devices to watch Netflix, and other apps. Only negative thing was the host was going to charge 50 to check in anywhere from 2-3 hours before when the room was already ready. Other host allows you to check in early with no fee if the room is available. My family has stayed in prob over 50 rooms and this was the only one that charged.

Wife and i snuck in a 3 day getaway and enjoyed the Property and surrounding area.

Cleanest nicest unit we have stayed in at the Summit. Well stocked, timely responses from the owners, extra details made this a very pleasurable experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice clean condo & even better host!!

The unit was very nice. The unit was very clean and orderly! The owners were very kind and helpful. The only problem was NOT with the unit or owners. It was with the property itself. The staff at the summit weren’t friendly and it was extremely overcrowded. The elevators were very old and at least one of them broke down everyday of our stay. The pool closed at 8p which was very inconvenient. The overall stay in the unit was great. I can’t say we would stay at the summit again because of how old the property is and how unfriendly the staff was. I wish the unit we stayed in was at a different property because the unit owner was amazing and the unit itself was very nice!
