Pool area was amazing. We swam daily. The bar area down there allows for snacks as you swim.

We choose that property because of the pool and elevator. When we arrived the elevator did not work and the pool was dirty and green and the area around had trash everywhere. Inside the windows were slightly open and when we got them closed there was a black buildup around them. Any decent cleaners should have noticed these issues and taken care of them which makes you wonder if they even clean or just change the towels and halfway make the beds. I informed the manager and then we had to take out the overflowing trash can by the pool and take the three overflowing trash bins to the curb. They did get the elevator fixed late Monday but I had to send two more messages to get them to finally contact a pool cleaner late Tuesday afternoon. We decided to leave on Wednesday morning because of all the problems and they refuse to refund for the three remaining days only will offer 2 free days for another stay and it took two texts , a message and phone call to even get that. The attached pictures are after all the large trash was picked up from the pool and area. The white stuff is what we were removing from the green pool. They claim because it was an island it took time to get someone but the pool man told us they did not even call him until Tuesday

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the ferry/ship channel side of the island. Outdoor area is great. Well appointed propert with plent of space. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a bathroom. Elevator was nice for our elderly parents so the did not have to be assisted using the stairs. ADA accessible invluding master shower.
