Ocean Drive South Miami Beach

We are a family of six with grown up children ages 15-25, and we were looking for a good place to stay at ocean drive where everybody had a comfortable bed. The youngest have really outgrown the bedsofa most places offer for 6 people. This place had what we were looking for with two queens, a twin, and a bunkbed on top of this. This is really all you need when staying at ocean drive where the focus is sunbathing at the beach, outdoor gym, strolling, running or having a nice atmosphere at one of the restaurants.

So where do I start from ! It's been non stop issues. I contacted you property management day before we arrive to request an early checkin and received a reply that early checkin is possible for an extra fee, I agree the fee but the morning we arrived in Miami the company replied and told me NO early check-in and this left us in real a mess! We spent a whole day waiting outside on the street bench with 2 elderly and 2 kids. Then when we finally checked in we faced a lot of issues and this really stressed us out for the whole duaration of the stay - Issues with the apartment 506 very low water pressure - it was impossible to even wash hands, brushing teeth, shave or makeup in the Bathroom sink. Shower water pressure was too low and shower head was faulty Only had one celing light by the kitchen into room and it has led bulbs always flickering and making noise we never able to use that light. Missing tv remote of main tv couldn't adjust volume Microwave wasn't working Toast Maker wasn't working One of the windows wasn't closed and were broken so we have wind noise coming whole night and it was nightmare to sleep because the window was just by the bed. I will NEVER go back here or recommend this to anyone. Paid over $200 a night in offseason and it was a total rip off.
