Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house. Location was good. Air conditioning was a plu. The share and Marina pass was very nice and a nice surprise. We have rented this house for 8 years now and we definitely will rent it next year. Thank You Village properties for making our vacation wonderful!!!! Can’t wait.

Wonderful home and location!

Good location, easy check-in, easy check out. No hot tub that was on the original listing. Prop manager is responsive. Some wasp nest located upstairs that we couldn’t find. Had to kill 15 of them, some even after maintenance came by to spray. Otherwise, good stay.

The home was very well located and a great place to stay and use as home base for six nights with 6 people from two families. The bikes were great and the home was clean and comfortable. Thank you!
