Amazing communication from the host! We had a small issue which required us to switch properties last minute and it was super fast and easy. Very responsive throughout our stay, which was amazing!

We asked for a early check in at 3 instead of 4. I text the host and she said that would be fine. When we got there they were still cleaning and said they wouldn't been done until 4. Kitchen was clean no water pressure in the sink and faucet was loose.

We had a fantastic time. Getting out of scottsdale weather. Place was charming and clean. It is close to the lakes, stores and restaurants. I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

It was great, got some deferred maintenance there, the dryer was full of wet clothes when we arrived, kitchen floor was dirty (sticky), but overall, the great beds, the space size and the great back yard fully justify a return reservation next year, especially since you offer a 10% discount by booking directly.
