Times Square West Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Great location, clean rooms. A lil congested though.. breakfast space is small hence crowded. Staff is helpful and accomodates adhoc requests. Overall good place !

I was definitely surprised by how clean and organized this hotel was . The staff was welcoming and helpful and easy check in and check out. The room was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Reasonable rates!!

Good location for Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen. Otherwise just ok.

Clean and nice! Breakfast is good though crowded in the space available unless you can avoid the rush!

At check-in, the front desk person was rogue and rude. In my room on the towel I put on the floor in the bathroom a few hours later I noticed a mouse dropping on my towel on the floor. The coffee maker had bits of either coffee or loose tea bag bits in it because the water contain those dark bits in it. The toilet would not flush properly. I was offered another room the next day for a free state. That room was smaller than the original room I paid for. The bathroom was beat up and nasty looking like it needed a overhaul. Overall a very terrible stay and a waste of my money.
