Ritz-Carlton Resort Suite: Pool & Spa

Classy Ritz residence in amazing property. Alberto was incredibly communicative and helpful (although we needed nothing during our stay because everything was perfect). Looking forward to returning to Ritz Key Biscayne.

My husband and I had a fabulous time. This is an amazing location in a room at the Ritz with every Ritz amenity available. The partial ocean view was beautiful. It is a short ride to golf at Crandon which is one of the nicest golf courses open to the public in the area. Although we did not need anything, Alberto was very communicative. We hope to be back next time we head to Miami.

The property mostly appears as the photos show except for the stained chair cushion, broken toilet paper holder, and mold growing on the shower curtain. There is no fan in the bathroom and not enough places to let towels dry. My first issue was the host provided four washcloths and six towels for my family of four staying for a week. This is unreasonable and certainly unacceptable at this price point. The host told me I could get fresh towels from reception, but that was not true. Then the host took a day to respond that the delivery service would take too long to deliver more linens and I could purchase more myself and be reimbursed. There are only two stores on the key and neither carried washcloths. The second issue was the minifridge started leaking water on the floor, which took a towel to clean up. The fridge kept leaking until it completely defrosted itself of four inches of built-up ice, about a day. The third issue began at 3 am when the fire sprinkler started to drip water and left one corner of the bed wet. Overall, it is an okay place but needs maintenance. The host generally responded quickly. Check out time was stated as 10 am sharp, but the cleaners showed up ten minutes before 10 am.

Had an amazing stay! Room was great and hotel amenities were perfect.

If you want a peaceful, yet exciting no fuss vacation, book this unit at the Key Biscayne Ritz. The place is top notch. The unit has everything you could need, along with a good sideview of the ocean. Key Biscayne Village is one of the safest areas of Miami - quiet, yet close enough to visit Brickell Place, Coral Gables, and the other numerous Miami attractions. The host, Alberto, was fantastic. He responded immediately to any message. Overall... a 5 out of 5 stars
