大浴場とサウナがあるのは良かったが、日帰り客、それも学生が多くてうるさくてろくにゆっくりサウナも入れなかった。せめて宿泊客だけ入浴できる様時間帯を作り、日帰り客は入浴できない時間帯を作るべきでは。

駅近で温泉施設付きというのがすごくいい！提携駐車場とフロントが連絡通路でつながっているのも助かりました。駅からは少し歩きますが、隣にはファミリーマートがあるので便利だと思います。部屋も広めで過ごしやすかったです。

部屋は至って普通でしたがらやはりお風呂はほんとに良い風呂でした。とてもよい良質なアツ湯とぬる湯の2種類の温泉に、あつあつサウナときんきん水風呂。風呂のデザインというか雰囲気もとても良かったです。朝食は至って普通、、。いや明太子なんかチューブのヤツだったしもうちょっと頑張ってほしいです。

酒店雖然這個比較久，但係其實都整潔企理，服務亦都算得上十分到位，以性價比嚟講，都算物有所值，位置上亦都10分方便，如果溫泉可以開放時間來啲就更好，有時出去返嚟，溫泉11:30就停止進入，就比較早咗啲

温泉に入れるのがいいですね。外部の方も有料で入れるので時間によっては混み合いますが、有料の施設だけあって広々していて清潔に保たれています。決して新しくないホテルのようですが、部屋も広めでゆっくり過ごせます。またお世話になりたいと思います。

整體酒店很乾淨整潔。也算比較安靜，這點很重要。某些樓層有吸菸區，但是那一層的走廊就會煙味比較明顯，介意的話需要提前和前台說明。溫泉也比較大，很舒服。就算非酒店住客，只要額外付錢也可以進來享受溫泉。酒店門口就有便利店，走去博多站大約8-10分鐘。

11층 더블룸 1박 이용했습니다. 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 욕실 청소 깔끔하게 잘 되어있고, 욕조도 한 번 닦아내지 않아도 될 정도로 깨끗합니다. 객실도 2명이 사용하기에 결코 옹색하지 않을 정도로 충분합니다. 1층 대욕장도 대만족이구요. 하카타역,캐널시티 모두 가까운 것도 큰 장점입니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다. 다만, 1회용품에 샤워 스펀지가 없어서 아쉬웠어요

가성비가 훌륭합니다. 하카타역 접근성이 뛰어나고 주변의 식당도 좋습니다. 옷장에서 뭉터기로 먼지가 나온 점과 오래된 램프조절기 등은 누렇게 변색되어서 아쉬웠습니다. 조식은 맛이 있고 온천을 수회 마음껏 할 수 있어서 만족합니다. 욕실에는 바디로션이 없습니다.

The hotel is old but very clean. Walkable to Hakata JR stations and subway stations. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Hankyu Department store is in the station and lots of souvenirs shops too.

The location was good for me, and it was great to use the Spa pool for free. Although the room condition was great, there was smell (kind of stale urine smell) from the bathroom which was unpleasant as I could still smell with the door closed while sleeping. I strongly suggest that the hotel to sanitize the walls and the floor around the toilet bowl.

キンキンに熱いサウナキンキンに冷たい水風呂温泉もあり♨️最高でした。部屋は狭すぎない感じで綺麗でした。部屋風呂は豪華です。使い捨ての糸ようじがアメニティであるとありがたい周りに飲食店があり歩いて回れるので街中でこのクオリティのホテルは貴重ですね。

Location - excellent, in a quiet semi-back street close to several wonderful mini-marts and especially great for its nearness to the JR Station where there are lots of excellent reasonably priced restaurants. Of course there are also trains, plus buses and taxis in the station area. Breakfasts were good. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space in the room for two large cases. And us! Staff were very helpful giving us extra pillows as needed and rang the taxi to the airport for us (quick and cheap ride). The bedroom window could not be tightly closed and freezing air blew on my back all through the first night. The next day lots of sticky tape covered up the gap! When told they offered immediately to fix tape over the gap, but I had done that so, as we were leaving the next morning, said they would send someone to fix it properly. When checking out we were given a letter expressing their thanks for telling them. A good well managed hotel that is now a bit tired and needs a good workover but still worth staying at.

방의 컨디션은 대체로 좋았으나, 냉장고가 온도조절이 잘 안되는것 같고, 중간 분리대를 뺄수가 없어 작은 냉장고를 더 작게 사용해야해서 조금 불편했네요. 그리고 화장실의 환풍기가 불을꺼도 계속 돌아가서 예민한 사람들은 많이 불편할수도 있겠다 생각했습니다. 대욕장은 이용하는 사람들이 항상 많은편이며, 느긋하고 조용한 목욕을 기대하기는 어려울듯 싶습니다. 하지만 그외 호텔 전반적인 컨디션은 가격에 비해 괜찮은편이라 생각하며, 다음에도 후쿠오카를 방문하게된다면 먼저 예약가능 상태를 확인할것 같습니다.

博多に来たときは、半分位の頻度で宿泊しています。駅からは近くしかし大通りから入ったところなので、騒がしくもありません。併設のスーパー銭湯（温泉）も使用できる為、旅の疲れも癒せます。朝食も、博多の名産品（豚骨ラーメン、もつ鍋、一口餃子、梅ひじきなど）並んでおり楽しめました。気になる点は、お部屋自体は多少年数を、感じます。また、１フロアに洗濯乾燥が1台しかなく競争が激しいです。

방도 깨끗하고 직원들 서비스와 친절함도 좋았습니다~ 근처에 편의점도 가깝고 버스정류장도 가까워 다니기 좋았습니다! 무엇보다 욕탕이 있어 하루의 피로풀기가 무척 좋았습니다 ! :D

立地は便利、温泉もあり、朝ごはんは1500円と思えないクオリティーでした。しかし、全てを台無しにするほどに酷い接客態度が本当に残念でなりません。口コミでスタッフがダメとたくさんかいていましたが、そんなことはないだろうと予約してこれかーとわかりました。まず、素泊まりといわれたら朝ごはんあり。アメニティーは歯ブラシだけは部屋設置も多いですが。全く部屋になにもないけど案内はなし。温泉時間の案内もない。タオル持ちこみかどうかの案内もない、施設の2つ隣が温泉ですが、建物でなくても行ける案内もしないおかげで寒空の中風呂着で往来に出ないと温泉にいけずかなり驚きました。温泉宿は浴衣で食事される方も多いですが、温泉着では食事してはいけない案内もしなく、散々待たされエレベーターにのってフロントについたら追い返されました。食事は一瞬席をはなれたら席は片付けてありました、他にたくさんテーブルあいているのに。温泉からホテル営業みきりかえたのかもしれませんが、あまりにひどすぎました。態度も話し方も丁寧じゃなく安安のビジネスホテル以下でした、ホテル研修とかいれたらよいのに。エレベーターがやたら遅いのも気になりました。

私の父親だけ宿泊させていただきました。父は身体が少し不自由で、朝食のバイキングが心配でしたが、スタッフさんが親切に配膳してくれたそうで、とても喜んでいました。ありがとうございました。また利用させていただきます。

I had a very negative experience with Tono at the front desk. The initial conversation was alright, but he only handed things to me with one hand, and used rough language. We attempted to check in at 12pm, and he let us know that guest check-in commenced at 3pm. We said that was fine, and went to get lunch. At 2pm, we were very tired from traveling, and decided to see if the room was ready. Understanding it was before 3, I can see his frustration. Tono became Irate and was yelling. He let me know that the room was not ready. I enquired further, to see if we can do an early check in. He said yes for 6000 yen. (less than 1 hour till the 3pm check in). After he became increasingly frustrated, we were going to leave the hotel, but he sent us up to the room. I don't know if he was having a very bad day, but that is no way to treat a customer. Other experiences at the hotel were nice, but the interaction with tono the front desk agent was very negative.

Originally I booked a single room. When I checked in the room , I found the bed sheet is dirty and then I reported to the staff to change it. They are so nice and change a larger room for me instead. That’s very good. Onsen is great and breakfast is delicious. I will stay there again.

Location - excellent, in a quiet semi-back street close to several wonderful mini-marts and especially great for its nearness to the JR Station where there are lots of excellent reasonably priced restaurants. Of course there are also trains, plus buses and taxis in the station area. Breakfasts were good. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space in the room for two large cases. And us! 部屋は至って普通でしたがらやはりお風呂はほんとに良い風呂でした。とてもよい良質なアツ湯とぬる湯の2種類の温泉に、あつあつサウナときんきん水風呂。風呂のデザインというか雰囲気もとても良かったです。朝食は至って普通、、。いや明太子なんかチューブのヤツだったしもうちょっと頑張ってほしいです。

博多に来たときは、半分位の頻度で宿泊しています。駅からは近くしかし大通りから入ったところなので、騒がしくもありません。併設のスーパー銭湯（温泉）も使用できる為、旅の疲れも癒せます。朝食も、博多の名産品（豚骨ラーメン、もつ鍋、一口餃子、梅ひじきなど）並んでおり楽しめました。気になる点は、お部屋自体は多少年数を、感じます。また、１フロアに洗濯乾燥が1台しかなく競争が激しいです。

The location was good for me, and it was great to use the Spa pool for free. Although the room condition was great, there was smell (kind of stale urine smell) from the bathroom which was unpleasant as I could still smell with the door closed while sleeping. I strongly suggest that the hotel to sanitize the walls and the floor around the toilet bowl.
