I booked a luxury house … When we got there we were put into an apartment. After speaking to the manger we were into the luxury house …but when go to the house the carpets were wet. They then tried to give us another house that didn’t look as if it was clean …

Was not nice at all, had to share basically a house with 4 other rooms even tho we booked luxury room. We heard people all hours of the night making noise in the house.
