Amazing stay!!!!

ハスラーの提携ホテルとのことで、チェックインからハスラー。ドアマンの方から受付の方まで、とても親切でした。道路を挟んで向かいに入り口がありますが、荷物は全てコンシェルジュの方が部屋まで持って行って頂けました。 階段は基本的にないとのことでしたが、部屋まで行くのにバーから1F分階段があり、足の弱い父には少し苦労がありました。 また、上の入り口からは夜間と早朝のカードタッチが必要で、朝はホテルの入り口が閉まってしまい、中に入れずハスラーのコンシェルジュの方に開けてもらいました。 スペイン階段下の入り口は、そのままエレベーターで上がれました。 部屋はとても広く、お風呂や洗面所も広くてびっくりしました。バスタブと、シャワールームがあり、トイレも釘彫られていました。 アメニティは基本的に充実していたのですが、歯ブラシのみありませんで、電話で聞いてもないとのことでした。 朝食はハスラーの1Fのカフェでいただきましたが、どれも質が高く、種類が多く数日滞在して満喫したかったです。 父が足が辛く、動けないというのでルームサービスを頼もうと思いましたが、行なっていないとのことで、ハスラーの7Fにあるバーに行きました。 眺めがよく、とても美味しいディナーができました。 ワインのチョイスも良かったです。 また再訪したいです。

Fantastic hotel. Totally recommend you stay here. The staff is amazing, the location is spectacular (right at the Spanish Steps, that's right, you can see them from your window right in front of you). Excellent rooftop bar. Very well appointed.

The Palazzo is a beautiful place to stay when in Tropea. The Staff was all excellent- warm and very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Saverio, Giuseppe, as well as the breakfast staff were all so accommodating and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay in Tropea.

Definitely the best service that I’ve ever experienced. The staff does not know the word no! From the beginning to the end of the stay the staff exceeded my expectations. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on going to Rome.
