The room was gorgeous, spotless, tropical atmosphere, plenty of towels. The room would be good for a couple, but there isn’t much privacy if you’re sharing with a friend.

There was not enough staff to accommodate the guests. Food was flavorful but no variety at all.Every the food was pretty much the same. Food often was gone, finished and we are talking early into the opening of the buffet. Many days there were people with a one day pass and often were rude and made it so the hotel guests had no chairs at the beach or pool and made the service for drinks and food even worse. I have been to this resort multiple times. But definitely won’t be back. Worsted experience out of all my visits. The other big issue is that most of the staff did not speak English . Very hard to communicate.
