Excellent breakfast en a nice area to sit.

We had a good overall experience, with some areas that we feel could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area with lovely surroundings. The atmosphere felt safe and relaxing throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the setting of the hotel contributes greatly to the overall experience. There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room had older furniture, and during our stay we occasionally noticed insects, which may be linked to this. While it did not significantly impact our stay, it slightly affected the comfort at times. Housekeeping was somewhat inconsistent. Some days the room was well cleaned with fresh bed linens, while on other days this was not provided, and the overall cleaning quality varied. Service was also mixed. Some staff were helpful and friendly, while others appeared less engaged, and at times the reception experience did not feel very welcoming. Overall, we had a good stay, but with some improvements in housekeeping consistency, room updates, and service approach, the hotel could offer an even better guest experience given its great location and surroundings.

Staff was Rude- our room wreaked of raw sewer. Staff was not helpful in explaining anything. They seemed annoyed when asking questions Smell was so bad we didn’t want to stay in our room. We didn’t move because we fortunately were just there temporarily until our house we rented was ready. Stay somewhere else

The reason why I gave this hotel a "terrible" grade is that I didn't stay there. Though advertised as having a room available, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have one and claimed they told Hotels.com there were no rooms. This was annoying because my flight was cancelled due to a storm in New York and I wouldn't be able to get back home until Thursday. I was forced to take other accommodations which were horrible. My question was, why would they advertise rooms that aren't available? I couldn't get a straight answer.

Very nice. Have been here before. Great location. Only issues were the taps in bathroom was broken off , door handles in both bathrooms broken fell off. Need to leave more garbage bags in the room. Also would be helpful to have a broom and a mop so if you spill you can sweep it up and not have to wait for someone to come and do it. Little things like this would be very helpful.
