Champalao The Villa

Walking distance to the center of Vang Vieng. The caretakers were amazing, attentive to all my questions and requests, even though English communication was a bit limited. I loved my stay in Vang Vieng and would be happy to stay here again if I visit!

For the price of this room, we got much more than we expected. Very clean room and bedding with fridge, excellent location, the fresh bread with the breakfast eggs was delicious, the greenery in the courtyard to come back to...all makes us easily be able to recommend this little oasis.

An Oasis in a sea of concrete buildings! This place is perfect if you like traditional wooden structures with bamboo thatching set around a tranquil green courtyard with seats and hammocks, But it isn’t suitable as a party space so this should keep it as a place to read after a day doing adventure activities It is just a short walk to the main section of town with key restaurants including a super popular vegan one but lots of excellent meat options if that’s your preference and directly across the road has excellent sunset views without hoards of Insta wannabes Note: the facilities are basic and a bit older, and the beds firm but the rooms are clean and the staff are wonderful It’s one of my top ten after 30 years of backpacking all over the world

Ich konnte früher einchecken. Zimmer war in Ordnung, der Innenhof natürlich super schön im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels. Lage auch schön ruhig gelegen.

Nydelig autentisk gjestehus i Vang Vieng. Stille område, men sentralt i byen. God frokost. Mange vennlige katter som man kan kose med. God hjelp til å finne transport og videre bookinger
