This is an older, no-frills hotel. I had a traditional, manual key and all, and could have had exactly the same experience in 1986. The place, however, was well-maintained and clean. The room smelled clean when I walked in. Everything worked. Parking was above average for most hotels. The couple who runs this business is kind and straightforward. This is a little gem in Pullman, and I was surprised and pleased. Next time I stay in Pullman/Moscow, I will first check American Travel Inn for availability prior to shopping around.

Had a parking space in front of my room,as I was a bottom room.Arriving and departing was easy.My room was clean and spotless with all amenities .

Sheets came stained and the lady working tried to say we made them. There was also hair in the blankets as well. Also, in the shower's windowsill there was someone else's used band aid.
