Accueil super par les 2 personnes parlant anglais ! Grand chambre calme seulement cote jardin sinon ca donne sur casino bruyant et fenetre sans lumiere, lit un peu defonce, les lumieres ne fonctionnent qu a moitie les rideaux peu opaques La salle de bains defectueuse Petit dejeuner et diner buffet tres corrects ! Belle piscine propre Casino sympa... Sejour moyen dans l ensemble

Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags. We stayed on both sides of the resort which is a casino. The suites were very nice. They have many amenities including a gym, pool, spa, cafe and lots of food options! Everyone that worked there were so kind and were willing to go out of their way to help us. We enjoyed the cafe, spa, and chopstix. On our departure day they told us about their free airport shuttle and their employee Win went with us and helped us check in and stayed with us until we got through security. The service was impeccable I’d definitely stay there again.

Extremely foreigner unfriendly unless you are SE or E Asian. If I could give it a zero I would.

Amazing!!!!! Staff was absolutely fantastic!!! Mackey at the bar and pool went above and beyond! He even helped me take a mini photo shoot.
