I checked in first and after couple of hours my female partner came to the hotel to join. She’s stopped by the hotel reception and asked for our marriage certificate. Immediately I came to the reception and explained them I’m a citizen of New Zealand, we don’t get married, we have civil unions or de facto live in relationships. The front reception staff members hassled me so much and telling me without marriage certificate my partner can’t stay at the hotel. I had the worst hotel experience with this place and requesting all couples to stay away from this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, totally unacceptable behaviour from the hotel staff.

Updated clean rooms, Good & quite location, Good security. No good view from the rooms .Breakfast is normal and not as expected from Six Seasons. Overall hotel is okay.
