Clean room, everyone was so friendly, BEAUTIFUL view, sunset every night. Fun activities every day. Great snorkeling right there. Truly a relaxing paradise. Food is expensive and I think they could use some more vegan options, but besides that it was perfect!

The hotel is well maintained with a nice private beach. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help. We enjoyed the lobby bar and Salty Iguana. Shout out to RJ, Nicole, and Chango for excellent service.

Everything was great. The bell guys were extremely kind. I cant remember the guys name, but he was a light skinned, black guy, he seems to work in the afternoon. He worked on Friday and Saturday afternoon. He was extremely helpful and kind. Also, Shavon at the restaurant outside was extremely kind. Oh yeah, also the check in guy, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He worked Friday at roughly 3pm - I cant remember his name. The property was also very well maintained.
