Extra towel had been a big issue. One night shift rejected to give me extra towel as i am one person and have right to have only one. Housekeeping and reception said the same thing on Tuesday night. If you like to have two-three times shower a day, please be careful before choosing this hotel!!!

Customer service was top notch. Loved the buffet they serve every morning for breakfast. We had some plumbing issues with our bathroom, but as soon as we made them aware they sent someone immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

I never comment on hotels but this one is a hidden gem in Douala. The street it is on is not that great but the staff, the food, the room, everything is just perfect. It is a luxury hotel that is not pretentious and I love it. The only "critic" would be that the pool is small and directly in the bar/restaurant area so it lacks some privacy for people in bathing suits... I recommend strongly.
