The pool was down for maintenance and nobody explained that at check-in, the bathroom had stains in the shower and patches in the ceiling. The worst part was that after I left, I got charged to park my vehicle in their parking lot in Pullman, Washington. Where else would you park? It’s not the fee, it’s the fact that they add it and don’t say anything about it, nothing like getting nicked and dimed… I thought only cheap hotels do that. Very unprofessional.

Everyone was great, including the bar. The guy the bar and the cook were amazing when we came in late that afternoon. My only issue was with the front desk in the morning. She said our breakfast wasn’t included and she didn’t want to investigate it. I had to go upstairs and grab my phone and show her that breakfast was included. And then she gave me the breakfast coupons. She’s want nice about it.
