Studio 6 Suites Butte, MT – I-90 / I-15

Al llegar a mi habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones, sucia y con moho en el baño. La verdad que no pude meter an mis hijos ahí, lo que sería un fin de semana memorable fue todo lo contrario. Tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel para que ponder pasar la noche. Y hice mi queja a expedía pero ellos no me pudieron ayudar por qué el hotel no quiso cancelar la reservación. Pésimo servicio!!!

Convenient

Para comenzar el joven de front desk de aspecto sucio...hice reservacion con dos camas queen, no las tenian....me dieron una cama king. Cabellos en la cama.. Almohadas sucias... Aspecto de la habitacion tetrico. Mal olor en la habitacion... Sofa muy deteriorado. No tenian pañuelos faciales, solamente la caja vacia. El personal de limpieza de aspecto vulgar. Afuera en las instalaciones personas con un aspecto nada agradable que nos inspiro miedo... Me he hospedado en otras ciudades en Hotal Ramada y he estado satisfecha...lo contrario a este en Butte, Montana. Por lo tanto no lo recomiendo. Para mi fue TERRIBLE MI CHECK IN. The evening host that checked me in couldn't bother to get off his phone call to greet me. He just asked for my ID and proceeded to check me in, although it was obvious his call was more important than ensuring a guest felt welcomed. I've never felt so disrespected by someone in the hospitality industry. The lady who checked me out, though, was very friendly and hospitable. The building is old and worn, but the beds were reasonably comfortable. The drain in the tub was slow. There was no stopper in the sink. We had to be careful backing our truck in as the cement wall on the edge of the parking lot is not verticle, but slants inward. Decent hotel for an overnight stay.

My daughter's and I stayed for 2 nights. As soon as we got in the room we had to go to the store and get cleaners because there was still soap scum in the shower and the shower curtain, nothing was dusted, the sheets weren't changed, and there were crime and dirt on the floor and in all the drawers. All the linen had stains on them and the towels were like sandpaper. The freezer had so much ice buildup that you could barely fit anything in it. There were only enough towels and washcloths for 2 people in a double queen bed room. The pill room was dark and cold, there weren't any pool towels in there, and I didn't even see a life preserver in there. There weren't any signs on the wall telling you which rooms were down what hallway. This was hands down the WORST motel/ hotel I've EVER stayed at. The only good thing about it was the price of the room.
