B&B Rome’s Angel

The place was fantastic. The owners were incredible. Only thing I would change would have the sheets smell fresh not stale and it’s time for new mattresses.

What a wonderful find! I booked a week-long stay here in October 2023 via Expedia. However, you can save money by booking directly with them www.romesangel.com Location: This is a B&B but there’s no breakfast. They do have a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine and lots of yummy Italian snacks) where you can make your own food. The B&B is conveniently located just a block away from Rome Termini. It was perfect because you can take the train, cabs or bus to many cities throughout Italy. The area is a little bit sketchy (especially at night - so just be careful of your surroundings) but otherwise, it’s centrally located and you can pretty much walk anywhere in Rome from the B&B (i.e. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, Travestere, etc.) Room: As mentioned, this is a b&b It has an Airbnb feel, very homey and comfortable. I wasn’t in the room much, so it was perfect for me. There are a total 3 guest rooms in this b&b so you’ll be sharing the communal kitchen. I stayed in Room #3 with a private bathroom which could accommodate 2 separate guests because the twin beds were put together. The room is located on the 2nd floor and has an A/C unit which probably comes in handy during the hot summer months. Service: The service was phenomenal. The hosts, Donatella and AnnaMaria were incredibly hospitable and communicative. Upon my arrival time, they greeted me via WhatsApp. They even provided links to local restaurants and touristy activities

Well located apartment. One of three rooms in one apartment so sharing common kitchen area. Have own ensuites and well appointed with bottled water and snacks, tea coffee etc. Is very close to the station so well located very early morning departures. Is noisy though so if you like to open windows for fresh air it will be noisy. Close them and you will need to run a noisy air conditioner all night. All round good value for Rome.

Súper nice hosts who checked on us and gave us recommendations. Great AC which was nice with weather so hot. Also felt secure and had kitchen as needed with lots of free coffee and snacks. Half a block from train station which was convenient for day trips and walking distance to lots of attractions!
