Via Hotel Taipei Station

Very nice hotel, location is very good. Really like the massaging machine provided in the room, which relaxed your muscles after a full day walk. They also provide some snacks and water in the public area. The staff are friendly and polite too.

Loved this hotel, will definitely stay here again should I visit Taipei! Staff, amenities, lounge, not to mention a great shower and comfortable bed:)

The room was quite small with the bathroom sink located outside the bathroom next to the room door which is inconvenient when there is more than 1 person staying in the room. Otherwise the room was clean and there was a large snack area on the first floor. There was one free washer and dryer located above stairwell from the 8 th floor that worked. Taipei main station is huge so while the hotel is located 7 minutes from the station; it is a 15 minute walk to get on the metro.

Arial on reception, Jenny and May the cleaners were amazing, no request was too big, helpful with ideas on what to do for our stay. Great location, good amenities on site, good grasp on English language which we found useful!

The location is awesome! Check in is fast and the staff is super helpful! The room is spacious and I love the shower water pressure! I think it’s better to take the window rooms because the ones without windows have slightly strange smell and if you switch on the ac then it will be gone in mins! Highly recommended for budget travellers! I love how they have snack bar on the ground floor for those who are hungry at late night! The mattress is Sealy brand so it’s very comfy!!!
