Honestly me and my family where amazed how this stay is will definitely be booking in the future thank you.

Better communication on check in procedure.

Nice view but some of the furniture is beat up. Had to fix stove myself since only 1 burner worked. Coffee table had been repaired many times and was falling apart again, same with living room chair. Couches not comfortable. Holes in wall with cracked cover plates and wires running all over in living room. Poor lighting.Not worth the money, well beyond the time to update. Don't recommend, especially for the price.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice, very comfortable cabin in a good location. We would happily stay here again.There was a learning curve on the first day since we were not familiar with Mammoth and there weren't any clear instructions on how to get to/from the slopes. It is indeed "ski-in, ski-out" once you know how, but is a bit of a walk down the steep driveway (dicey in ski boots when icy) and then up the hill to Canyon Lodge (we took the really short bus on the 2nd morning). Skiing back home at the end of the day also took figuring out (can easily be done on Ski Back Trail but is not marked when to get off the trail and there were no instructions on how to do this, so we had a really long walk up the hill at the end of the first day). Our second day went smoothly. Only other small issue is to be prepared to sleep in warm clothes on the first night if you arrive late because the cabin takes a while to heat up

It is a ground floor unit, which makes for easy loading and unloading of all gear. The appliances are all updated, and there was plenty of kitchen equipment to make dinners and lunches. Though I would encourage the owners to buy a new can opener. Would recommend and will likely stay here again.
