The facilities are beautiful and there’s plenty to do for everyone. Not everything is kept well and some areas had garbage and debris. We had to wait an extra hour for 2 of our 4 rooms to be ready. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The place has potential to be a perfect oasis in the heat of Zacapa.

Everything was just fine, lots of bedbugs!!! just wanted to play for the water park but not staying nights....

When arrived the hotel was closed, no one in reception, night security guy said that they don’t take reservations past 6 pm and he didn’t have keys or a way for us to stay there.
