Shadowbrook Holiday home

Our family (4 couples) had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. With temperatures around 100 deg, the pool was a welcome bonus. The well-appointed kitchen was a plus for the foodies in our group. We’re still talking about it!

The property was absolutely stunning! We stayed here for a family get-together and it was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fantastic and had nearly everything we needed (sometimes a gamble). The indoor areas were comfortable enough to relax in and large enough to play some active card games. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms (that master bath!) There are shades in the master, but the sun was intense in the mornings so bring an eye mask… or don’t, and enjoy the serene beauty of the property and mountains with a cup of coffee in the deck to start the day. There were small appreciated touches throughout—such as board games and a welcome bottle of wine. The pool was a highlight—it was heated so even a dip in the cooler mornings was fantastic. Plenty of provided beach towels to dry off and drape over the many lounge chairs to relax in. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but we were notified shortly after we checked in it was not usable. This was probably the only ding because the pool and hot tub were two musts when we were searching properties. I understand that things happen, and the property management company said they would reach out directly for a credit for the inconvenience, which is greatly appreciated and earns points for how they handled it. I would highly recommend this beautiful property for any stay. We were 15 minutes from Santa Barbara, but it was tough to leave such a great retreat.

Shadowbrook was the perfect retreat for our family! We were in Montecito for our oldest son’s wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the beautifully appointed home, comfortable layout, great casita and the incredible yard, pool and mountain views. Simply perfect! We will be back!

We had a work event and chose this magical oasis to make end our long days magically. The pool, the hot tub, the doors OMG the whole side of the house just opens up! And the location! None of us wanted to leave.

Lovely property, well maintained and equipped. Comfortable and inviting. Will come back for sure.
