Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge.

As someone who stays at hotels frequently I must admit this hotel is a gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent the food was superb my children loved it for the price I’ve paid I believe I’ve got a bargain. As a single father of two young children I’m always on the lookout for safety and I must say this place is very secured. Our overall experience was splendid thanks to the staff at the hotel.

Friendly and wonderful staff. However, the room shower was leaking, no dining breakfast facilities, Would have better if staff trained better for housekeeping
