The Ranch At Death Valley

Fantastic accommodation. We were upgraded to one of the cottages which was lovely. You get a porch, a living room with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge and a microwave and then a separate bedroom and bathroom off the hallway. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, a fine selection of towels in the bathroom and there was even a washing machine!!!! The resort its self is delightful with everything you could want, pools, ice cream parlour, gift shop, general store and a number of eating places; you will be spoilt for choice. Will definitely stay here again.

It’s fine for what it is. In a city, the rooms would be a two star.

The staff everywhere were brilliant, especially in the tavern and restaurant. Rooms could do with being a bit cleaner but overall a fantastic place to stay

I loved staying here. The room was clean, had the biggest shower, the bedroom separate from the living area, a coffee maker with plenty of coffee, a mini-fridge, two TV's, a sofa, and a patio out front with chairs. And oh yes, a comfy bed I slept like a baby in. There were several restaurant choices, and an ice cream shop in the hottest place on earth is a really nice touch. There's a general store for all your needs and a saloon with a catchy name. The grounds are perfectly manicured and clean. A small borax museum is on the property that shows the history of mining in Death Valley, as well as many artifacts behind the museum. The location of The Ranch is ideal for exploring Death Valley. The DV visitor center is a short distance away. If you want to visit DV, The Ranch is a solid choice you'll be happy with.
