The pool was not working, it was Mother’s Day weekend spent a lot of money, the breakfast was not good. The yogurt machine was empty. Toaster did not work. Sausage was the only protein.

I really enjoyed the gentleman who works 3pm - 11pm. I was traveling with two toddlers with special needs and he ensured a perfect stay! I will stay here anytime I visit family in Leavenworth!

Check-in was chaotic. Received a call an hour before check-in stating that one of the three rooms was available (the king), I replied that we were visiting Weston and would be back shortly. They implied that all three rooms will be ready by then. When we returned an hour after the phone call, only one room was available and it was the double. Not sure where the one king went and wasn't informed. Instead the male clerk gave a tone that he didn't tell us it was ready. I know it wasn't him as it was a female that called me. He was very friendly with the guests before us but came our turn and it was a different tune. Regardless, we had to get put everyone's bag in our room in other to leave the hotel and head back to Weston as we wouldn't return until later that night. Some of us had to leave early when it wasn't time so they could check-in and go to bed. Staff that evening was understanding and apologetic. Rooms were great size and spacious for us. Location was convenient.
