I stayed for 2 nights. The first night was horrible, I was on the road for almost 2 days, so tired that I could sleep almost anywhere… except in this hostel. The hostel shares a wall with a night club, the music lasted until 5:55am. It was so loud that I can sing with them, I clearly heard people asking for more reggaeton. FYI I had my earplugs on, didn’t help much. I was not the only one that couldn’t sleep, I had a good chat with other travelers at 5:30am. The second night was better but still noisy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful speaking in multiple languages. The room was great with a nice clean washroom. The hostel is in the center of a lively entertainment district and is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Santiago nightlife.

atención excelente, muchas actividades dentro del Hostal, te dan tapones para el ruido, Sólo agregaría ponerle más baños y mejorar la limpieza en los sanitarios, duchas.
